System Configuration
Once the system is installed, you will be able to create users with administrator privileges. Administrators can then perform initial system configuration, such as creating user accounts and customizing the system for your factoring business.

Configure Debtor Scoring
Administrators should configure information with the best care possible before allowing others to access the system. System Preferences in FactorSoft must be properly configured, and you should refer to the Additional System Information section of our System Specifications.
User Account Management
Factor411 allows you to create as many user accounts as needed. There are no user license fees, and each user account is completely configurable.
- Enable or disable user account access
- Create user groups for divisions or locations
- Optionally assign users to a group
- Designate administrator status
- Control ability to view information for other users
- Control ability to update information for other users
- Specify whether access to client reports is allowed
- Specify whether access to debtor reports is allowed
- Determine whether remote system access is allowed
- Set time limit parameters for system access
As your business changes, administrators can adjust system settings as needed, such as changing the status for active and inactive referral sources, sales stages and other parameters. And of course, new information can be added any time.
System Dashboard
When a user logs into the system, all of their open prospects are listed, in addition to all scheduled follow-up items. When an administrator logs in, however, they are presented with all open prospects and follow-up items for all users. With a simple click, information on the dashboard can be reorganized by prospect, sales stage, date and user. Plus you can click any prospect or follow-up item for information.
Custom Reporting Features
We provide a variety of custom reports for sales prospects, clients and debtors. We guarantee you will learn things about your business you did not know, and you'll be able to identify areas that need immediate attention.
Carrier and Broker Leads Database
We provide a valuable leads database that comes standard with every Factor411 installation at no charge. Our leads database contains detailed information for approximately 200,000 or more active motor carriers and transportation brokers, including information about insurance, authority and broker bond status. Enhanced search capabilities are integrated within Factor411, including the ability to export data to Microsoft Excel.
Leads Database Updates
If you would like to keep the leads database updated throughout the week as information changes and new companies enter the market, we offer that optional capability for a monthly service charge. We can also include the ability to export data to a CSV file for integration with other internal app
