Q. Why do you provide the Factor411 CRM System and SuperServer for free?


A. We know it sounds too good to be true. But it is true. And no, we are not crazy. The complete Factor411 software and hardware system is provided for free, because we want qualified factoring companies to participate in our Trade Data Exchange Program.

A. Our growing network of installed Factor411 systems provides the foundation to aggregate, analyze, compile and automatically report accounts receivable data back to our Debtor411 servers. Debtor411 is our online credit service that offers Transportation Credit Reports for factoring companies. By deploying our Factor411 systems to as many qualified factoring companies as possible, we are able to collect the best credit information available - directly from the most reliable sources - in a way that has never been done. Because they contribute data, Factor411 customers can get Debtor411 credit reports for as little as $1.00.


Q. Do you offer any optional software features or components?


A. We provide a powerful factoring leads database that comes standard with every Factor411 installation at no charge. Our factoring leads database contains information for approximately 200,000 or more active motor carriers and transportation brokers, including information about insurance, authority and broker bond status. Search capabilities are integrated within Factor411. If you would like to keep the leads database updated throughout the week as information changes and new companies enter the market, that optional capability is available for a monthly service charge. We can also include the ability to export data to a CSV file for integration with other internal applications. Great for direct mail campaigns, your sales and marketing department will love this optional feature.

A. We offer an optional web-based client module with live online debtor approval and real-time enhanced reporting capabilities. Clients can run reports for purchases, collections, reserve activity, adjustments, denied invoices, and current agining.

Features can be customized or disabled to meet your needs, and it is designed to integrate with your company's website.

Q. Is there a service charge for optional software features or components?


A. Our standard Factor411 CRM System is provided for free to qualified factoring companies, but optional features and data updates are also available. There are no surprises or hidden fees. You will not be charged for any optional features that you do not request. Optional features and their associated fees must be agreed upon in a written addendum to our Platform-as-a-Service Agreement.


Q. Can you provide references from companies that use Factor411?


A. Yes, references are available upon request. Factor411 is used at Match Factors, Advance Business Capital, Bibby Transportation Finance, Assist Financial Services, Comdata Corporation, England Carrier Services, TransAm Financial and a growing number of other transportation factoring companies. Satisfied customers report that portfolio managers, account executives, sales and marketing, credit and collections, and executive management benefit from using our system.


Q. Is there any type of demo that we can use to evaluate Factor411?


A. There is no demo available, because data used in a production environment would reveal confidential information about potential clients, existing clients, debtors and more. The best way to evaluate Factor411 is to complete our System Order Request and try it at your location for free. If the system does not exceed your expectations, simply return it to us.


Q. What are some of the Factor411 features and capabilities?

Q. Do we have to have FactorSoft factoring software to use your system?


A. Yes, using FactorSoft factoring software is prerequisite. Our system integrates exclusively with FactorSoft at this time.


Q. Are you planning to integrate Factor411 with other factoring software systems?


A. Based on expressed interest, it is possible that we may integrate with Factor/SQL factoring software from Distinctive Solutions, which is now part of 3i Infotech. Otherwise, we currently have no plans to integrate with any other factoring software systems. If your factoring company uses Factor/SQL and is interested in using Factor411, then please call (888) 411-9661 to discuss integration.


Q. What if we use the FactorSoft Live product?


A. You cannot use Factor411 if you use the FactorSoft Live product, which is hosted by Bayside Business Solutions. They host your factoring database at their data center, and your company accesses it remotely over the internet. The Factor411 SuperServer must be installed at the same location as your factoring database. Because of Bayside Business Solutions possible affiliation with a credit service that competes with our Debtor411 Credit Report Service, we are not able to allow Factor411 SuperServers to be installed at their data center at this time.


Q. What if we are not running FactorSoft on servers at our location?


A. There should be no problems, as long as you are not using the FactorSoft Live product. We already have satisfied customers using Factor411 installed in remote data centers that host their factoring database and FactorSoft software.


Q. Are there any FactorSoft system preferences that need to be enabled?


A. Yes, certain FactorSoft System Preferences must be enabled and properly configured to work with Factor411. You must also be running the FactorSoft Desktop Service to process daily activities within your factoring database.


Q. Is your company associated with the makers of FactorSoft factoring software?


A. No, we are not associated with Bayside Business Solutions, the makers of FactorSoft factoring software. Our system simply enhances their product offerings by operating in the same network environment and leverages data in your factoring database.


Q. Is there a contract or service agreement that we need to sign?


A. Yes, we will provide qualified factoring companies with our Platform-as-a-Service Agreement, which must be agreed upon and signed before our Factor411 system is delivered. The agreement will be provided after receiving your System Order Request.


Q. Can we use the Factor411 SuperServer to run other software applications?


A. No, the terms of our service agreement prohibit you from installing software applications or using our SuperServer for any other intended purpose without our express written permission. It is provided for exclusive use of the Factor411 CRM System.


Q. Are different Factor411 SuperServer models available?


A. Our standard Factor411 SuperServer is actually designed to exceed the needs of most factoring companies, but we also have other SuperServer models available. If you are not equipped to install our rackmount SuperServer, we may provide an alternate model that does not have to be installed in a server cabinet. Similarly, if your company does not require the processing power of our standard model, or if you require enhanced capabilities, we may provide a hardware configuration that is more suitable.


Q. Would you add new features to Factor411 if we have suggestions?


A. Factor411 continues to be enhanced by customer suggestions. So if you have any ideas for new features or other ways we can make our system even better, please call (888) 411-9661 and let us know.


Q. Will software upgrades and new features be provided?


A. Our system is delivered with valuable features that are not available in other software applications. And as we continue adding new features, your Factor411 installation will be upgraded at no charge to the latest software version.


Q. What type of support do you provide for the software and hardware?


A. We offer complete training, support, maintenance and software upgrades at no charge. Plus we maintain the SuperServer and software using remote management tools, so there is nothing you need to do other than benefit from using Factor411.


Q. Is there anything we need to prepare for using Factor411?


A. There are certain FactorSoft System Preferences that must be enabled and properly configured to work with Factor411, and you should refer to the Additional System Information section of our System Specifications.


Q. Once Factor411 is installed and being used, is there anything we need to do?


A. Our system is completely automated, so there is nothing you need to do on an ongoing basis other than use it and share your enhancement suggestions. We also encourage Customer Testimonials for our website.


Q. Does using Factor411 cause any overhead on my network or factoring database?


A. The majority of processing for all activity occurs primarily on our SuperServer, thereby keeping network overhead and interaction with your factoring database to an absolute minimum. The only interaction with your factoring database is through lightweight SQL statements that only request data. No inserts, updates or deletes are performed by Factor411 against your factoring database used by the FactorSoft installation. Quite simply, you will be amazed by how fast Factor411 performs compared to other systems.


Q. Do we have to pay for user licenses or other license fees?


A. Unlike other software applications, Factor411 has no user license fees and no annual support contract.


Q. Can everyone at my company use Factor411?


A. You can create an unlimited number of user accounts for anyone at your company who would benefit using our Factor411 system, including portfolio managers, account executives, sales and marketing, credit and collections, and executive management.


Q. Who creates and manages Factor411 user accounts?


A. When our system is installed and initially configured, you will designate one or more people from your company who will have Factor411 administrator privileges. Only users with administrator privileges can create and manage user accounts.


Q. What if we no longer want to use Factor411?


A. If for any reason your company does not want to continue using our Factor411 CRM System, you can either return the SuperServer or keep in running at your location to participate in our Trade Data Exchange Program.


Q. What if something goes wrong and the Factor411 SuperServer needs to be replaced?


A. System availability, data security and storage are important, so our SuperServer is configured with dual hard drives, which are mirrored as RAID 1 for redundancy. But if something goes wrong with your Factor411 SuperServer, we will replace it at no charge and have a new system delivered by FedEx to your location as soon as possible.


Q. What other products and services does your company offer?


A. Debtor411 is an online credit service that provides transportation credit reports designed specifically for factoring companies. And if your factoring company would like to qualify and monitor clients and debtors for changes in insurance, authority and safety, you can create a free 30-day trial account with Carrier411.


Q. What about the privacy and confidentiality of our customer data?


A. Privacy is critical, and information about your potential clients and existing clients is treated as highly confidential. Apart from the accounts receivable trade data you agree to provide, no other information is disclosed, shared or made available in any way other than to people who you specifically authorize as users of your Factor411 installation. Details are provided in our service agreement.

Q. How do we order Factor411 and get started right away?
